Fresh Raw Blue Tiger Prawns

Whole blue-grey prawns, heads and shells on, laid out fresh on the bench. The shells carry a cool blue-slate sheen and the flesh inside is firm and translucent white — the mark of a prawn that has not been sitting around.

Sold raw, so they take on whatever you cook them with. Split and peel them for a quick stir-fry, or drop them shell-on into a hot pan with garlic and butter.
